What
is forensic psychology?
Forensic
psychology is
the science of human behavior applied to matters of law and justice.
It makes the practice, techniques and research expertise of a behavioral
scientist available to adversarial and investigative processes.
It is one of the many areas of forensics used to find answers to
difficult questions, and to assist in the adjudication of criminal
or civil cases.
In
the field of behavioral science
there is a body of research and numerous instruments that enable
the forensic expert to identify, profile and even predict human
behaviors.
BSI
offers an advantageous combination of-forensic
psychology with other investigative techniques, and years of experience
in human behavior assessment. In a world where accurate pictures
of complex situations are often hard to come by, a BSI consultant
uses the skills of interviewing, psychological evaluations and case
research to attain clear answers. In short, we help our clients
to reach solid conclusions, pursue the best courses of action, and
most of all “get the facts” straight.
